Every instance is scoped
Each business's records are kept separate from every other business, and every request is checked against the instance it belongs to.
Permissions by role
Owners decide who can see and do what. Connected apps and AI tools can never do more than the person who approved them.
Sensitive actions are recorded
Changes to billing, access, and features are written to an audit trail so you can see what changed and who changed it.
Payments stay with Stripe
Card details are collected and stored by Stripe through Stripe-managed onboarding and checkout. GrydBase does not store card numbers.
Managed infrastructure
Hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, and network protection come from established providers.
Approval before action
Steward prepares changes as proposals. Nothing is sent or changed until a person approves it.
Report a vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security problem, email support@grydbase.com with the details. Please do not access data that is not yours, and give us reasonable time to fix the issue before sharing it.
